Bob shows techniques and technologies for fixing water-damaged masonry buildings with flat roofs with some shocking photos, including soaking wet parapets, extreme efflorescence and water pouring out of a split face block wall. He’s been solving water intrusion in Chicago for the over a decade where there are thousands of buildings to fix. These issues are not limited Chicago; Bob has fixed buildings in Milwaukee and Tampa evaluated buildings in Tennessee and New York City and shipped WickRight Passive Ventilation to Ohio and California.

Bob's solutions are rooted in building science. Preventing water intrusion and creating pathways for moisture vapor to exit buildings and dry out wet masonry, extend the life of low-slope roofs, and prevent truss damage. He also shows the 365 Construction Tent he designed which he uses and rents to fellow contractors to work 365 days a year in Chicago.
